TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADER MASTERMIND
The Transformational Leader Mastermind is a 6-month long peer coaching program, where participants can focus on leadership skills, employee challenges, workplace issues or opportunities and work/life balance. Dr. Heather will use her expertise to help participants develop a better understanding of both personal strengths/weaknesses and how they impact performance. Each participant will take behavioral assessments to better understand opportunities and behaviors that get in the way of goal achievement.
The program is customized to meet the needs of each participant. All sessions will have identified goals to achieve.
Participants will meet monthly for 2-hour sessions and meet with Dr. Heather for exclusive 1:1 executive advising.
WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE?
- Entrepreneur and you have a team of 10 or more employees
- CEO/VP and you have a team of 25 or more employees
Typical group size is 8-10.
